As Customer Relations & Sales Administration Manager, I am responsible for customer relations / sales administration for France. We handle our customers’ requests, from order entry through to invoice issuance, including product availability requests and delivery follow-up. In short, we act as the link between our customers and JVD’s internal departments, and vice versa.
What I enjoy about my job is that it is multi-tasking, highly versatile, and there is never a dull moment: the days go by extremely quickly!
It is a role that has evolved significantly with changing customer expectations. You have to be both fast and accurate to meet their needs. This pushes us to constantly challenge ourselves, improve our processes, and it is quite exciting to drive digitalization forward while still maintaining a personalized and close customer service approach.
What I like about JVD, and what motivates me every day, is working in an innovative, human-sized company and being able to reconnect with my team and colleagues, because there is a really great atmosphere. We laugh a lot, and that feels good! We are close-knit, with a real spirit of mutual support and teamwork.
