The JVD teams worked for several months to successfully integrate the use of recycled plastic into the design of our soap dispensers. Sourced from electronic and automotive waste collected in France, this plastic is sorted, washed, shredded, extruded, and then transformed into ready-to-use pellets.
Manufactured in our factory in Nantes from 100% recycled plastic, the Cleanline range embodies an eco-responsible approach. Compatible with most soaps on the market—liquid, foam, or gel—it is available in white, black, and metallic grey to suit all types of public spaces.

This European ecological label is based on a comprehensive approach that considers the entire life cycle of the product — from raw material extraction, manufacturing, distribution, and use, all the way to recycling or disposal after use. Quality and usability are also key evaluation criteria.

Gel soap is the most common form on the market. Soap also comes in foam version. With the right dispenser, this solution can reduce soap consumption by up to four times and water consumption by up to 50%.
Proprietary cartridge soap dispensers require replacing the cartridge once it is empty. Solutions with an integrated reservoir allow the use of bulk soap (in containers). This option is more economical and environmentally friendly because it uses less packaging.
Inside the dispenser, the pump is the component that controls the flow of soap. The performance of a pump can be measured by two criteria: its ability to regulate the flow rate and its durability.
