Relaxation spaces
A true meeting place for employees during lunch breaks or over coffee, the Rep’air offers the chance to gather, relax, and have fun with colleagues.
This space features a fully equipped kitchen with microwaves, refrigerators, an oven, and stovetops for the more culinary-inclined. For relaxation, darts, boccia, ping-pong paddles, and card games are available.
And collaboration
Nearby, Imagin’air is a work environment designed by and for employees. It accommodates many people for various topics, collaborative meetings, and includes a dedicated space for showcasing JVD products.
Frequently Asked Questions
The process varies depending on the department, but generally follows a similar structure. It starts with an initial phone call to get to know each other. This is followed by an interview with the department manager, either in person or by video call. Lastly, you’ll be invited to visit our offices and meet with the HR manager or department director for a second interview.
From your first day, a workstation will be ready in your department. You’ll meet your teammates during an office tour and introductions.
In the following days, you’ll spend time with different teams to understand how the company operates. And as part of a JVD tradition, you’ll get to assemble one of our products yourself – a symbolic moment marking your entry into the world of Made in Rezé.
In recent years, the digitalisation of our tools has opened up new ways to balance work and life. At JVD, eligible employees can work remotely two days per week.
Given our international reach, some roles require fluency in one or more foreign languages, such as English, Spanish or German. However, not all positions involve multilingual communication. For many roles, French is sufficient.
JVD is located at 3 rue des Brèches in Rezé, just steps away from the Île de Nantes and only 10 minutes from the city center. Our site is easily accessible by public transport: the 36 bus stops 200 meters away, and tram lines 2 and 3 (Pont-Rousseau stop) are about a 20-minute walk. The neighborhood is evolving, and new tram lines scheduled for 2027 will make commuting even easier.
We also have a site in Aix-les-Bains, in Savoie, with Hygitec, our division specializing in hygiene and cleaning solutions for personal protective equipment.
