Equipment designed for your projects

The projects you design must balance aesthetics with real-use constraints: footfall, maintenance, resistance, safety and accessibility. In public buildings (ERP), offices, hotels, cultural venues, transport infrastructures or healthcare facilities, washroom equipment and hygiene solutions must integrate seamlessly and remain flawless day after day. The goal: preserve architectural intent while delivering a smooth, compliant user experience in public spaces.

To simplify selection and integration, we design long-lasting equipment that stays easy to operate: controlled design, logical positioning, optimized maintenance and consistent performance. Supported by our engineering office and R&D, our solutions are developed to fit the architecture—even under intensive use. All within a responsible approach, from design to product lifecycle.

Trends & Needs

Today, professional washrooms are no longer only about performance: they contribute directly to spatial coherence and perceived experience. Materials, lighting, taps, furniture… every choice matters, and equipment must now integrate without disruption—meeting the same aesthetic standards as the rest of the project.

With that in mind, JVD develops solutions built for professional environments: refined lines, coherent finishes and easy integration, while answering on-site constraints (standards, durability, maintenance, safety, intensive use). The objective is clear: protect architectural intention while ensuring smooth everyday use.
The 2026 Color Collection supports this evolution with three contemporary shades, Mineral Blue (RAL 5003), Sage Green (RAL 6021) and Terra Cotta (RAL 3012), to match today’s palettes and expand design freedom across washrooms and shared areas.

Design at the core of our products

Design is a full design-and-engineering lever: it shapes use, ergonomics, positioning and integration consistency in public washrooms and public spaces. For architects and designers, this means equipment created to dialogue with the site’s architecture (volumes, materials, finishes), while meeting public-building requirements: footfall, safety, accessibility, standards and intensive use.

This approach results in durable, easy-to-run equipment: logical installation, optimized maintenance and consistent performance. Backed by our technical expertise, R&D and engineering teams, ranges, including built-in and bespoke versions, adapt to technical constraints and secure integration choices across architectural projects.

Cross perspectives to design better

Design is also a driver of innovation: it builds an emotional connection with users, while guiding usability so the product naturally finds its place in space. That’s why JVD collaborates with L’École de design Nantes Atlantique, combining experienced designers’ expertise with the fresh perspective of emerging talents—bringing new approaches without stereotypes.

This method goes beyond function with a 360° view: guest experience, ease of cleaning, operational constraints and environmental impact. A concrete example: a forward-looking project with the school to imagine the equipment and uses shaping tomorrow’s hotel room—then confronting these concepts with industry stakeholders before maturing them with our engineering office.

Bespoke design solutions

Our bespoke offer supports architectural project guidance: delivering bespoke design solutions that respect a venue’s signature while meeting operational realities. Colors, finishes, range consistency and product readability within the space, all contribute to controlled integration across washrooms, circulation areas and public spaces, aligned with the architectural concept.

Personalization is not only an “outer shell”. It comes with a real reflection on positioning, ergonomics and use: accessibility, comfort, intuitive handling, and coherent placement with flows and site constraints. Design becomes a project tool, serving both the space and the user experience.

In public buildings (ERP), local authorities, stations, airports, transport networks and other high-traffic sites, constraints multiply: safety, vandalism, reduced maintenance, service continuity and regulatory requirements. Our approach secures ERP equipment specification with solutions designed for standards and intensive use, built around durability and consistent performance.

Built-in solutions: discreet integration, intensive use

Built-in solutions pursue a clear objective: control positioning and reduce product footprint in space. They’re especially relevant where circulation is dense and where wall constraints, passage areas and user-route clarity must be optimized, particularly in ERP and public spaces.

In highly exposed environments (transport, stations, airports, public authorities), built-in integration brings concrete benefits: better protection, reduced impact risks, easier-to-clean surfaces and a cleaner architectural finish. It’s a technical and durable response designed for real-world, intensive use, including aesthetically controlled built-in hand dryers.

The Shield: professional air purifier

The Shield illustrates a broader design approach: beyond aesthetics, products are developed around use, comfort and the impact on public-facing spaces. Indoor air quality, perceived experience, ease of integration into layouts… the goal is to contribute to healthier, more pleasant environments—for everyone.

In this spirit, The Shield combines refined design with performance-oriented engineering to meet professional project requirements. Designed with Ramy Fischler, the range received the Janus of Industry Award, highlighting coherence between intent, use and integration.

Adesign: details that make the difference

In hospitality, perceived quality often comes down to details: bathroom accessories, bins, storage… and especially designer hospitality trays, now a key guest-experience marker. With Adesign by JVD, you build consistent atmospheres through accessories designed to blend with the hotel identity—from rooms to shared areas.

Built for professional use, the range combines aesthetics, function, durability and easy maintenance. Ideal to standardize a concept across multiple rooms and achieve a high-end finish, especially with premium hospitality trays, without compromising operations.

BIM Library

To speed up design phases and secure positioning, several references are available in 3D BIM objects. Integrate JVD hand dryers directly into your digital model to validate dimensions, positioning and passage constraints early in the study phase.

This BIM library also improves coordination between architects, engineering firms and contractors: clearer exchanges, fewer iterations and better anticipation of technical constraints. Files are available on BIMobject for fast download and smooth integration into your design tools.

A committed French manufacturing approach

We design and assemble part of our solutions in France, with constant requirements for quality, reliability and follow-up. This proximity ensures better control of standards, improved responsiveness and a more responsible approach.

Choosing JVD means specifying equipment built to last, designed for demanding environments and driven by a continuous improvement mindset.
